This family from Newbury in Berkshire were in desperate need of a new bespoke kitchen but wanted something that would look both classic and traditional, whilst being timeless so that it would last them many, many years into the future. They visited the Kesseler dealer, InStil Design of Oxfordshire, and Martina was only too happy to help.
They didn’t want a flat, bright white, but more something with a little extra depth. They settled on the Farrow & Ball colour, Pointing. This colour is a fresh, uncomplicated white that is named after the colour of lime pointing used in traditional brickwork.
Perfect for a Shaker kitchen this has a warm undertone to it which creates the prettiest of spaces and softens the feel of a room alongside strong, traditional colours such as the wonderful oak counter-top.
The island features an integrated wine rack, plus integrated oven and induction hob for minimal fuss and interruption of the space.
